Changes in the pattern of train services

Due to Line Block to facilitate deep screening of points & crossings with Ballast Cleaning Machine at Villupuram yard for 17 days from 12.07.2018 to 31.07.2018 (except Sundays), changes will be made in the pattern of train services as detailed below.
On 18.07.2018 & 19.07.2018
1.Train No.56037 / 56038 Chennai Egmore – Puducherry – Chennai Egmore passenger train services will be partially cancelled between Tindivanam – Puducherry. These trains will run between Chennai Egmore – Tindivanam only.
2.Train No.56041 / 56042 Tirupati – Puducherry – Tirupati passenger train services will be partially cancelled between Tindivanam – Puducherry.These trains will run between Tirupati – Tindivanam only.
3.Train No.66045 / 66046 Melmaruvathur – Villupuram – Melmaruvathur MEMU passenger train services will be partially cancelled between Mundiyampakkam – Villupuram. These trains will run between Melmaruvathur – Mundiyampakkam only.
On 20.07.2018
Train No.16796 Tiruchchirappalli – Chennai Egmore Cholan Express, scheduled to leave Tiruchchirappalli at 10.00 hrs., will be rescheduled to leave Tiruchchirappalli at 11.45 hrs. (late by 1 hour and 45 minutes).
On 21.07.2018
1.Train No.16796 Tiruchchirappalli – Chennai Egmore Cholan Express, scheduled to leave Tiruchchirappalli at 10.00 hrs., will be rescheduled to leave Tiruchchirappalli at 11.45 hrs. (late by 1 hour and 45 minutes).
2.Train No.16863 Bhagat Ki Kothi – Mannargudi weekly express, scheduled to run via Villupuram, Tiruppadirippuliyur and Mayiladuturai, will be diverted to run via Villupuram, Vriddhachalam, Cuddalore Port Jn. and Mayiladuturai.Consequently, the train will skip the stoppage at Tiruppadirippuliyur. Moreover, the train will be short terminated at Nidamangalam.
