TNPSC to announce dates for Group-2 examination in a day or 2

An official from TNPSC (Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission) which conducts the written examinations and recruitment for the various vacancies in the state government departments informed that the announcement of the dates for the Group-2 written examinations will be released in a day or 2 for the vacancies of 2500 posts in various cadres as below:
Corporation Commissioner (Grade-2), Registrar (Grade-2), Assistant Commercial Tax Officer, Chief Secretariat Assistant section Officer, Labourers Assistant Analyst, Prison department good behavior officer, Senior analysts in the cooperative associations, and City corporation Executive officer ( Grade-2)
The candidates applying to write the Group-2 written examination must have at least a degree as the minimum academic qualification. As per the earlier procedure adopted for the Group-2 examinations, there are 2 examinations – preliminary and main.
It is worth noting here that several coaching centres have already commenced conducting coaching classes for this Group-2 written examinations.
