Practical exams announced for 10th Standard private candidates

The private candidates who plan to write the 10th Standard Public Examination in the coming March are strictly advised to register for the practical examinations before 30th June.
In this regard, the director of the state examination department, Vasundhara Devi has stated that the direct private candidates who plan to write the 10th Standard Public Examination in the coming March and those candidates who had written public examination under the old syllabus before 2012 and failed in the Science Examination must pass in the practical examination as well.
For this purpose, the candidates need to register to join the coaching/training classes for the practical examinations. So, all the private candidates may register their names from today (Friday, 8th June) to 30th June in the offices of the District Education Officers. The copy of this application form can be downloaded from the website www.dge.tn.gov.in. After this, the candidates have to attend the practical coaching/training classes in the respective allotted schools. Only those candidates who have a minimum of 80% attendance record will be eligible to write the 10th Standard Public Examinations in next March
