Light showers are expected today along the coastal belt of TN including Chennai. In the case of Chennai, outskirts have better chance of rains. If Lucky, some parts of Chennai might get some 5 mins showers and in some places in Kancheepuram, Tiruvallur districts sharp spells can be expected too. Dont expect too much of this. It will rain only here and there.
After a brief off shore winds last week, Easterlies are back as expected and is expected to keep the temperature well down in the city.
