Supermoon Lunar Eclipse after 150 years - will last 77 minute

NASA Space Centre has informed that the Lunar Eclipse occurring on 31st January, known as Blue Supermoon Lunar Eclipse, will last 77 minutes.
Thus, the blue supermoon lunar eclipse is set to occur on 31st January. This will be the 1st Lunar Eclipse in 2018. During this eclipse period, the moon will be at the nearest point to the Earth in its orbit. So, being nearer, the size of the moon will appear much larger than usual.
Apart from the news that it will last 77 minutes, it is also reported that due to this eclipse occurring after a gap of 150 years, there may be heavy turbulence in the Pacific ocean.
Further, it is informed that the bottom rim of the moon will appear brighter whereas the top rim will be darker.
It is noted that the lunar eclipse will be fully visible during the evening on 31st January in several central and East Asian countries including Indonesia, New Zealand, and Australia.
The NASA space centre has suggested additional information about the moon can be learned on this particular occasion, The last time a full-scale lunar eclipse occurred was in the year 1866 on 31st March.
