Chennai Rain Update - Sharp showers expected in the city

Atlast one band of clouds managed to breach the land barrier and expected to move along the Chennai coast, the areas which are close to sea coast will get sharp showers of 10-15 mins spells.
There will be more sharp showers likes this to follow tonight all being brief spells. The low is located north of Sri Lanka and is slighlty moving away in NE direction so the clouds are moving away instead of converging towards us.
