It is mandatory for everyone to get a learner’s license before they could obtain the permanent license. One can apply for the learner’s license for a vehicle of 50 CC engine capacity without gear if the individual has completed 16 years of age provided the guardian or parent give their consent. For applying for the permanent license, the age limit is 18 years minimum.

One can get license for commercial vehicle driving if he has the learner’s license and ages at least 20 years. In all these cases, one should be very aware of all the traffic rules and regulations.
