The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment states that 1.67 percent of India’s population aging between 1 and 19 has any sort of disability. About 12 million children with disabilities in our country and 35.39 percent people with disabilities are children.
It is because of this that we cannot stress on the importance of schools for children having special needs. The learning abilities children suffer with includes hyperactivity, cognitive disabilities and attention deficit disorder.
