TNPSC Group-2 written examination results released

The results of the TNPSC Group-2 examinations conducted last year have been released today (Friday, 2nd June).

The answers for the written examinations conducted on 11th and 13th November were already released. Applications were invited to fill up 1032 vacant posts.
8.18 Lakhs candidates had applied. 5 Lakh applicants wrote the examinations in 1911 examination centres.
The merit list has been released based on the details given in the application – age, academic qualifications, technical qualifications, caste, special group status, etc.
In case it is found that the details given in the applications are wrong, the candidates will not be allowed for counselling.
The candidates will be invited for counselling based on the merit list, existing vacancies, and reservation quota.
It is announced that the list of candidates called for counselling will be released online shortly.
