Raj Bhavan shows are houseful till May end

On 21st April, there is going to be debut for public viewing of sprawling grounds, heritage buildings and Japanese gardens, according to Raj Bhavan announcement today. The first show is going to be on Friday. However, the shows are already running houseful and up to May end, the tickets are completely sold out. Officials from the Governor’s Residence claim that they cannot have any better opening for the show.
 
The two hour show is charged Rs 25. In this, the guests will be taken for a tour that introduces historical and social life at Raj Bhavan in the 157-acre area. According to history, the ground was spread across 900 crore and above area.
 
In the tour, the very first pit-stop is a duck pond and nursery that is of 3.5 acres. Here, you can get to know how water fowl are planned and scientifically placed in the pond. According to veterinary university professors’ opinions, the numbers are confined so that there is no overcrowding or the species do not get mixed up.

For registration, please visit www.tnrajbhavan.gov.in. The tour will be open on all Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays between the time 4.30 and 6.30 pm. Once your registration is done, you will get an SMS and email confirmation about the acceptance.
