Flight service from Chennai to Bengaluru via Salem

The central government has approved the proposal to start smaller aircraft flight services from Chennai to Bengaluru via Salem.
This information was given by the President of the Salem district trade and industry federation Mr.Mariappan.
The central ministry of Aviation and Transport has planned to link all the smaller cities in the country through flight services. The information is gathered that the proposal to introduce a flight from Chennai to Bengaluru via Salem city is one such plan.
A 28-seater, smaller aircraft service will be operated both ways daily from Chennai to Bengaluru via Salem and via Puducherry.
Another flight will be from Chennai to Neyveli and then back from Neyveli to Chennai and then to Bengaluru via Cudappah City in Andhra State.
