ICICI launches Mera iMobile

Strengthening digitalization drive in rural areas, here comes Mera iMobile from ICICI bank. The app was launched yesterday, Monday.
The Managing Director cum CEO of ICICI Bank, Chanda Kochhar said customers in rural and semi-urban areas can get unique and unparalleled banking experience using Mera iMobile. This app will provide 135 services in eleven different Indian languages, a bank statement reads.
Key services of Mera iMobile
The app is first of its kind in offering rural banking services such as Kisan Credit Card, gold loan, tractor loans and loans for SHG.
Customers can get access to outstanding interest, limit available, statement of account and many others on the app
Through the app, payments from their linked savings account can also be done for KCC. Very soon, renewal of loan will also be made possible.
Customers can also get information about agriculture through this app. For instance, crop wise Mandi price for close to 230 varieties of crops spread over 460 mandis is available.
Weather updates in each and every taluka are available too. Over 3700 talukas from 300 districts are covered.
This app is not just for ICICI bank customers. Others can download the app too and use the services related to agriculture advisory.
