New Rs 10 notes from RBI

The Reserve Bank of India will be adding enhanced security features to the Rs 10 notes and issue for public usage very soon. There is going to be inset letter L on the Mahatma Gandhi series 2005 with the Governor Urjit Patel’s signature.
The reverse of the note will have 2017 as the year of printing. Both the panels will have letters in ascending size starting from left to right. There are other features as well.
The prefix of the alpha numeric characters has the first three letters of same size. Each of the Rs 10 issued by the Bank will be a legal tender throughout, according to notification from the central bank.
