Aadhar mandatory for railway concessions

The Central Government has decided to make Aadhar card mandatory for railway concessions. The Railway budget will be tabled along with the general budget on 1st February, It is expected that during this budget it would be announced that Aadhar card would become mandatory for obtaining railway concessions. The move will help the government in better targeting of benefits and check misuse of the facility.
