It has been decided to install Counterfeit Money Detectors at TNEB collection counters. Consumers pay the electricity charges once in two months. The charges are remitted at the TNEB counters, e service centres and on online.
At this juncture in order to detect fake currencies, TNEB has decided to install Counterfeit Money Detectors. There are 3000 collection counters throughout Tamil Nadu. Counterfeit Money Detectors will be introduced in all these counters.
