Online recruitments up by 19 percent

A recent research establishes that the system of online recruitment of employees has been increasing gradually every year. The online recruitment this year is up by 19 percent as compared to the previous year.
Monster.com, the Human Resources Company, conducted this survey. It was found that more recruitments online was made in the fields of information technology and education. Monster has released the report Employment Opportunity Index. It is found that online recruitment has gone up by 19 percent as compared to July 2015.
Online recruitment has gradually increased. The Managing Director of Pacific region of Monster.com, Mr. Sanjay Modi, informed that there has been a substantial increase in the online recruitments.
