Sale of application forms for MBBS and BDS courses begin

The sale of application forms for MBBS and BDS courses for admission through single window counselling to medical and dental colleges began on Thursday. It has been mentioned that 6123 applications were sold on the first day. Last year on the first day 9238 application forms were sold. This is 3000 less applications when compared to last year.
Candidates could get the applications by producing a demand draft for Rs.500 and SC/St candidates could get forms for free by submitting two attested copies of community certificates.
The last date for issue of application is June 6 and the last date of submission of filled up application is June 7.

Merit list will be declared on June 17 and the first phase of counselling will be held from June 20 to 25. The second phase of counselling will be held from July 18.
