2nd year entry for BE/B Tech admission opens

The Technical Education Department has mentioned that those who have completed polytechnic and B.Sc courses can apply for B.E./B.Tech degree courses under the lateral entry scheme for seats.
20 percent seats are allotted for lateral entry (2nd year) in the engineering colleges. Those who have completed polytechnic diploma, Plus 2 or B Sc Maths are eligible to apply for the lateral entry.
At this juncture, the Technical Education Department has announced that those who have the requisite qualifications can apply on online from 24th May.
