  • Total voters (men) in Tamil Nadu: 28863013. 
  • Total voters (women): 29333954. 
  • Transgenders 4720. 
  • Voters serving in the army, armed forces, and employed in the central government in other states: 58114. 
  • Total: 58259801.
  • Total number of contestants: 3776
  • Women contestants 320 (This is the highest ever).
The Constituency with maximum contestants: Dr. Radhakrishnan Nagar 45.This is the constituency where the current Chief Minister Jayalalthaa contests.
