Centre decides to shut down 3 HMT factories

The central government has decided closure of three factories of HMT including its watch manufacturing unit.
The central government had earlier decided to shut down public sector companies that are doing poor. There were over 60 such companies falling under this list. Yesterday, the central government decided to shut down three factories of HMT. The ministry earlier decided to shut down five factories including that of heavy vehicle manufacturers.
