144 to hit the screens on 27th November

144 is a film which has Shiva, Ashok Selvan, Sruthi Ramakrishnan and Oviya in the cast. Debutante director Manikandan is directing the film. Sean Roldan of Mundasupatti fame has composed music. The teaser of the film was released recently and it was a great hit amongst the people.
Director Manikandan while speaking said My film, 144 is not based on any real life incident but it is definitely inspired by them. I`m sure most of us would have come across instances when Section 144 was enforced for a few hours or at the most, a few days. But then, there are rural areas where cops stay permanently to ensure that there is no disagreement between two factions.
We hear that the producer has already applied for censors and the officials will be soon watching the film. Once censor process is done, official announcement will be revealed.
