Chennai Tops in Receiving Rain Showers

The entire state of Tamil Nadu is fully flushed out with heavy showers leaving the entire state in panic. Among all the cities and district, Chennai tops with maximum rainfall of 138mm and Virudhunagar the least with 12 mm. Thiruvallur and Kanchipuram stand next to Chennai with 111.6 mm and 89.4 mm rainfall respectively. Kanyakumari, Thoothukudi and Coimbatore received bearable rainfall of about 28, 23.6 and 13 mm respectively.
