Amala to join hands with Kamal Haasan after a long time

Kamal Haasan has now confirmed that Amala is acting in his film. He while speaking in a function in Hyderabad said, After many years I am acting with Amala in a film which is being produced in Tamil and Telugu. Zarina Wahab is also donning an important role. Another big actress will also be starring in the film. Talks are being held with her. This film will not be made in Hindi. We have decided to complete the shooting in three months. The shooting of the film will commence during the month of January in America.
In the year 1989 Kamal Haasan had donned the lead role in a Malayalam film titled Chanakyan. This film was directed by T K Rajeev Kumar. After 26 years Kamal Haasan is once again joining hands with him.
