No changes in TASMAC working hours in Tamil Nadu!

There is a news spreading in social networking media that TASMAC shops will function only between 2.00 PM ad 10.00 PM.
The news informs that this is a latest decision taken by the government.
The news goes on to add that this may be the initial step to reduce the functioning time of TASMAC shops gradually and then close them. Thus, it may be a basic step for a future Tamil Nadu with total prohibition of alcoholic drinks.
However, the relevant department officials of the state government informed that there are absolutely no changes in the functioning hours of TASMAC shops!
Currently, TASMAC shops function from 10.00 AM till 10.00 PM.
