Special camp on 10th for Aadhar cards

Chennai Corporation has mentioned that special camps would be organized on May 10 in all the booths for National Electoral Roll Purification and Authentication Programme (NERPAP), which among other things would have facilities to apply for ‘Aaadhaar’ number as well as Electoral Photo Identity Card (EPIC). These camps would be held across the State and district collectors would be monitoring them.
All complaints regarding deletion of names, correction in names, change of photograph and address, etc, would be disposed off within five days of their receipt. For inclusion of new names in the electoral rolls, action would be taken within 15 days.
