47th Annual Book Bank Function of Rajasthan Youth Association

The 47th Annual Book Bank Function of Rajasthan Youth Association was held at Kamaraj Memorial Hall on 18th July 2010. RYA has been rendering yeoman services in the field of education for the past five decades.
Mr. Sanjay Bhansali, President RYA while welcoming the gathering said that at any point of time more than 7500 college students are in possession of text books lent by RYA.. He also highlighted the various welfare schemes being under taken by RYA and its affiliates.
The Book Bank Chairman Mr. Rajesh Chopra, mentioned that textbooks were distributed to needy college students without distinction of caste, creed or religion. This project has covered more than 72000 students so far covering almost all the colleges in Chennai and Chengalpattu Districts. The books distributed cover Courses ranging from Arts & Commerce to Engineering and Medicine.
Sri G.K. VASAN, Union Minister for Shipping appreciated the work done by the Rajasthani Community and RYA in particular for the long standing service to the society
Shri.Arun jain, chairman, Polaris Software Lab requested the students to continue the habit of helping people once they come in life.
Narender Srisrimal, Chairman Medisales Group and Kamlesh Jain, of Jain Metal Rolling Mills felicitated RYA.
Vinay Surana, Secretary RYA proposed a vote of thanks.
