Horse show in Chennai on Friday

The ministry of defence is organizing a horse show in Chennai to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (TANUVAS) and to inaugurate the new equestrian training ground.
The show `Silver Gallop` is to be held at the Milk Colony, adjacent to Veterinary University in Madhavaram on Friday evening.
Events include show jumping, an item in which riders jump the horses over large fences with athletic ability to handle the sharp turns , tent pegging, a cavalry games involving edged weapons on horseback which is also known as equestrian skill-at-arms, top score, vertical bar and trick riding demo,one among the modern show involving roman riding and horse boarding.
