System of transfer certificates to be implemented in all schools
The state minister for school education, K. A. Sengottaiyan, informed that the system of transfer certificates, as practised in the high schools and higher secondary schools, will be implemented in all the primary.

Introduction of Information Technology as a subject in 6th to 10th Standards
A change in the syllabus is envisaged to introduce the subject of Information Technology in the classes from 6th Standard to 10th Standards as a part of the science subjects.
