Anti-inflammatory foods that we must eat to avoid diseases, health issues etc!!

If you think that that inflammation is only bad for us, then you could be wrong!!

Truth is that inflammation can be good as well as bad for us. In other words, inflammation could be due to our body’s response to any infection or it could be responsible for weight gain too. Our cells and tissues would get healed by inflammation. It is worthy to mention here that whenever our body detects a foreign pathogen and to get rid of them it launches a biological response. Then, they would attack some organs and cause harm. This would result in the inflammation in our body and due to this germs would enter into the system.

There are times when our body mistakenly perceives its tissues or cells are harmful and this might lead to recurrent inflammation and to autoimmune diseases etc. By including some anti-inflammatory foods we would be able to manage inflammation.  It is known that these anti-inflammatory foods are full of omega 3 fatty acids, lean proteins, healthy fats etc.

Try to include these anti-inflammatory foods compulsorily for the sake of good health.

Berries consumption:
Anti-inflammatory properties are found in all types of berries like strawberries, blackberries, cranberries etc. The anthocyanins in berries have anti-inflammatory properties in them. They would help us to be free from many infections and diseases etc. The studies have made it clear that those who consumed blackberries had more NK or non killer cells than others.

Fatty fish consumption:
This superfood is highly healthy as it is rich in proteins plus in long chain omega-3 fatty acids. Eating fatty fish would protect us from many diseases etc. Fatty acids that are present in the fatty fishes get metabolised into compounds called resolvins and protectins etc. Other fishes like sardines, mackerel etc are rich in fatty acids.

Cruciferous vegetables consumption:
Folates, vitamin K and fibres are present in huge amounts in cruciferous veggies like cabbage, cauliflower, kale etc. The antioxidants present in these cruciferous vegetables would have anti-inflammatory effects in us. It is superb to mention that intake of these vegetables would reduce the chances of getting cancers and heart diseases etc.

Green tea consumption:
It would be amazing to drink green tea as it would provide us with lots of health benefits.  We would be able to lose weight in a healthy manner and our inflammation would get reduced. Regular consumption of green tea would help us to avoid heart diseases, cancers, Alzheimer`s Disease etc.

Tomatoes consumption:
Rich in vitamin C, potassium m and lycopene (an antioxidant having anti-inflammatory properties), tomatoes are superb for our health. By eating tomatoes, we would be able to prevent cancers plus our cells would get protected from getting damaged etc.

Olive oil and coconut oil:
These oils have anti-inflammatory properties in them and we could add both these oils in making dishes. Olive oil reduces the risk of heart disease, cancer etc whereas coconut oil would reduce the markers of the oxidative stress and inflammation. It is believed virgin olive oil and virgin coconut oil have the highest number of antioxidants.
