Be careful!! You might become very tired or drained out after eating these foods!!

We must not associate food intake with respect to survival alone!!

It is worth mentioning that food plays a huge role in maintaining the health of a person plus it brings people together etc. Most of us would be aware of the fact that foods when consumed could improve our energy levels. Various examples are oatmeal, cinnamon, bananas, sweet potatoes, egg, yoghurt etc. Not many would know that there are certain foods which could make us feel tired or drained out also.

These below mentioned foods would make us feel tired. So, try to avoid them as much as possible.

Avoid fried foods:
These fried foods are rich in oil and salt and by consuming fried foods we would be consuming excess oil and salt. This would make us feel tired and would harm our health in the long run. It is believed that fried sugary treats when consumed could spike the blood sugar levels in us and then make us feel tired and drained out.

Avoid white bread:
When a person consumes white bread, pasta etc that are rich in refined carbohydrates then his or her blood sugar levels would become more. This would make the person feel very tired. It is necessary that these foods must be avoided to keep fatigue at bay. Other foods such as vegetable noodles, whole grain bread etc do not have refined carbohydrates and they could be consumed.

Avoid sugary cereals:
When a person eats the wrong cereal then, the person could become very tired or drained out for the whole day. Hence, it is important to select the right cereals for breakfast. There are chances of getting unwanted fatigue or tiredness by consuming sugary cereals. This would be due to the sudden spike and fall in the blood sugar levels.

Avoid caffeine:
Intake of caffeine could provide us with energy to carry out various activities throughout the day. This might be true but what is not known to many is that by consuming caffeine etc the person could become very tired also. Studies have shown about the relation that exists between caffeine intake and fatigue. It is said that feeling jittery would be the first reaction to intake of caffeine. Then, fatigue or feeling very tired would be there. This might not be known to many people.

Avoid processed foods:
These days, many consume fast foods. These are mostly processed foods and are easy to make. The disadvantage of eating processed foods could be harmful to one`s health. Processed foods are rich in preservatives, salt, additives and sugars etc. Blood sugar levels would deteriorate by the intake of processed foods. These foods could create issues to the digestive system plus other issues like inflammation etc. So, please be careful.
