It is normal that we eat more during the winter season and this would make us gain weight. Other reasons for weight gain in winters are lack of physical activity, hormonal changes etc. On an average, a person might gain 2kg to 3kg.

 People who put on weight find it very tough to lead normal lives is well known. It is important to note that we should not overeat and at the same time not lose out on the nutritional contents of the foods. A balance must be maintained in the winter seasons. There are some high fiber foods that could be eaten by us in the winter time and this would help us to lose our excess weight.

These high fiber foods are

Strawberry intake:

It is good to eat strawberries between meals due to its high fiber content and vitamin C. Eating this fruit would make us lose weight. In addition, we could get other health benefits due to its anti-inflammatory and anticancer properties etc.

Spinach intake:

Truth is that it is superb to eat spinach in the winter season. It is a green leafy vegetable belonging to the family named Amaranthaceae. Almonds intake:

By helping us to lose weight and by improving our heart health, intake of almonds does superbly. Our stomach fat would be reduced easily.

Blackberry intake:

Belonging to the family named Rosaceae, black berries intake are known to be superb for our health. There are many antioxidants, vitamins and minerals present in this fruit and by consuming this high fiber rich fruit we could lose weight.
