This saying is apt and applies best to our physical health!
We may think we are healthy on a given day – but we don’t know the changes happening in our bodies! As such, anything serious is likely to happen at any moment!

Heart problem occurs for any age group mainly due to our present lifestyle and eating habits! As such, it can be easily avoided! But this requires a healthy food intake and regular physical exercise!
As a parallel, one should give up smoking, drinking, and other health-harming habits!
Regular checking of heart condition is very essential!
Once a person crosses 30 years of age, the prospects for a heart complaint increase! So, the persons in this age group 30-35 must have physical check-ups once a year!
