Do you take breakfast after 8 AM? Prospects for Type-2 Diabetes!

Recent research has established that there are stronger prospects for the citizens with the habit of taking breakfast after 8.30 PM to be affected by Type-2 Diabetes.

This new research further establishes that the blood circulation is more uniform for those who have the habit of getting up early in the morning!

The research article was released at a recent virtual conference conducted by the Endocrine Society. It is established that one can prevent being affected by type-2 diabetes by taking breakfast regularly before 8.30 PM.

The researchers undertook this effort to study the effects of not taking timely food or keeping an empty stomach for longer hours. In this study, they found that taking breakfast even after 8.30 AM may lead to stronger prospects of being affected by type-2 diabetes.

In a similar vein, even though taking breakfast before 8.30, if a person does not take timely food after that, there are lesser prospects that he/she getting affected by type-2 diabetes!

In this effort, a survey was taken by interaction with around 10575 citizens in the USA! The scientists researched the time of food intake and the variation of sugar and insulin levels in the blood!

They found that the resistance level to insulin in the blo0od increased when a person does not take food or if the person takes food within 10 hours at unwanted times!

They pointed out after the research that resistance to insulin will lead to being affected by type-2 diabetes. However, at the same time, the researchers also obtained certain different results as well in this research!

After establishing that the persons who had breakfast after 8.30 AM had better prospects of being affected by type-2 diabetes, they also found that in case a person takes breakfast before 8.00 AM but fails to take any food throughout the day, the found that the insulin rejection was less!

From the above, they clearly established that in case of breakfast is regularly taken before 8.30 AM, the sugar level in the blood does not increase and insulin rejection does not happen!

In the results published by the Endocrine Society, it is mentioned:

  • Getting up early in the morning ensures balanced blood circulation!
  • Regular intake of breakfast before 8.30 AM will prevent being affected by type-2 diabetes.

Further, they have strongly recommended intake of nutritious food items such as fruits and vegetables and a suitable mix of the fruits and vegetables is good for excxcellent health!
