In the 20`s and in the 30`s, a woman might lose her excess weight easily but when she is above 40 years then she might find it difficult to lose her excess weight. It is said that a woman must need good nutrition when she is in her 40’s. For her overall health to be good, it is necessary for a woman to eat a well balanced diet. Consume fibre rich foods:
