Be careful about these foods that might weaken your immunity

Many of us consume foods and beverages like coffee, fried foods, and ice-creams, etc without knowing that these could slowly weaken our immune system and finally would lead to health issues.

For keeping our stress away, it is common that we consume sugar candy or for a packet of delicious wafers, etc. To survive the challenges of this fast-paced world, we must have a healthy body and a healthy mind. It is necessary that we must have a healthy and strong immune system to keep the infections and diseases at bay.

These foods must be avoided for our immune system to be strong.

Candies, jellies, and gums, etc: We feel delighted when we consume foods like candies, jellies, gums, etc. Eating them once in a while would be good but not frequently. The presence of sugars in these foods lifts up our mood. It is said that excess intake of these might result in inflammation and further weakening of white blood cells or WBC’s that help us to fight health issues.

Strawberries: Our immunity gets lowered when we consume excess strawberries that are delicious in taste. Histamine that gets released by the intake of strawberries could lead to congestion in us. It is revealed that increased histamine could lead to nose discomfort and sinus issues etc.

Coffee: It is known that coffee intake could make us get relief from the stress. Excess consumption of this coffee could lead to bloating issues too. The presence of caffeine in coffee is responsible for this. In addition to this, excess intake of coffee could also lead to dehydration.

Chips: Chips are superb to eat as they are loaded with salt and fats. In the long run, too much chips intake might weaken our immune system. Issues like high BP and cholesterol could occur in us.
