It is worthy to mention here that exercise capacity is very crucial for people with heart failure issues and a study was carried out on the exercise capacities eight heart failure patients and they were given dietary nitrate in the form of beetroot juice supplements.
According to the latest data it is now clear that tens of millions of people have heart failure and ejaculation fraction of heart is reduced in about half of those people.
During their exercises these people face many difficulties like laboured breathing, diminished intake of peak oxygen and they use more energy when compared to others.
It is now said that beetroot supplements caused increase in the duration of exercises plus peak power and peak oxygen intake during exercises. One important point to note is the above mentioned improvements were not accompanied by changes in the breathing responses of these patients.
