Please do not take some food items as a daily routine!

Generally, we do not tend to think about some food items which contributed immediately to increase in body weight.
 
Even though some of us strictly avoid junk food items and take protein-rich drinks & food.
 
We use potato either to improve the taste or to increase the quantity. However, including potato regularly can increase the body weight. So, get into the habit of substituting potato with some other vegetables as much as possible.
 
While it is a universal truth that milk is beneficial for some of our problems, taking it daily might prove a hindrance to growth. If you are in the habit of drinking milk before sleep, during breakfast, or while taking snacks in the evening, ensure some time gap between meals and drinking milk. Note whether stopping milk relieves your laziness, reduces your body weight, and skin starts glowing.
 
Many of us have the habit of eating some sweet items after meals session. We are well aware that this is not required. Since the sugar content of these sweets is high, this will be a definite deterrent to your efforts to reduce your body weight. So, consume sweets only on limited occasions like weekends or festivals.
 
Special care is required especially for the snack items that we take during evenings! Appetite during evening leads us to eat samosas or sandwiches, etc. Generally, we do not observe what we eat during moments of acute hunger. If this snacking habit is a daily affair, it can affect and harm the body worse than what we reckon. Hence, avoid taking nuts, butter, or curd during the evening snack time!
