Points to be followed with small-pox attack

As soon as the symptoms of attacks of small-pox are detected, one should immediately consult a doctor for medical advice. Medicines should be taken only as per doctor`s prescription. Small-pox may sometimes lead to vomiting & diarrhoea.
It is most advisable to consult a doctor for better treatment of these complaints.
The sick person should be kept in a separate bed in order to prevent spreading of the disease. Things used by the patient should not be used by others. Always drink boiled & cooled water.
It is better to avoid solid food and take more liquid food. When all the boils are dried up, the patient can be given a bath. If the patient is a child student, keep them at home and allow them to rest. This applies to elders as well.
