The fantastic benefits of eating curry leaves

All the items which are added while cooking a variety of dishes are good for maintaining best health. A typical example of the additive food component is the curry leaf. Curry leaf gives good aroma and flavor to the dish and also is very good for preserving good health.

Curry leaf has several medicinal properties. It contains Vitamins ‘A ‘ & ‘B’, Calcium and amino acids. These ingredients give its good aroma and make it rich in nutrients with medicinal properties Curry leaf also contains ant-oxidants which prevents some harmful diseases.

Here is a list of curry leaf’s medicinal properties:

Grey Hair - Heat the oil with curry leaves and apply to the head (scalp) hereditary trend of grey hair can be prevented.

Cancer - Since curry leaf contains anti-oxidants, it prevents the growth of cancer cells and totally prevents the onset of cancer.

Heart diseases - Curry leaf has the property to dissolve the fats. Hence, it is better to take curry leaves to prevent any heart-related diseases.

Eyesight - Individuals with defective eyesight can include curry leaf regularly. This helps improve the vision. Hence, please do not ignore the curry leaf from your plate! Eating it regularly, will reduce the eyesight problems!

Body Heat - Add a few curry leaves in coconut oil and heat it. Apply this oil on the scalp. This will reduce the body heat considerably.

Diabetes - If diabetic patients take 10 curry leaves in the mornings & evenings, they can reduce the quantity of medicines taken for diabetes.

Weight loss - taking a few curry leaves on an empty stomach in the morning will help dissolve the fats accumulated in the body and tend to reduce the body weight.
