This is the latest technology to be used in carrying out cataract surgeries. This advanced precision-based technology is a computer controlled system that is used to make incisions in the cataract.
This latest equipment produces femtosecond laser pulses which are precisely aimed at specified targets in the eye. It is a bladeless procedure performed in a relaxed setting and requiring only local anaesthesia.
