Pournami Garuda Seva at the famous Perumal temple in Thiruvallur!!

In the Sathyamurthy Nagar in Thiruvallur, there is a famous Prasanna Venkatesa Perumal temple.
The news that has come out is that Pournami Garuda seva took place in this temple yesterday. It is usual for the Garuda Seva to take place at this famous temple every month during the full moon day.
It must be noted that Lord Vishnu in the Garuda Vahana would be very special for the devotees. In Vishnu sites, Garudalwar is called as Peria Thiruvadi. Garudalwar would be present both as flag as well as a vehicle for perumal. It is believed that when devotees do garuda darshan then all their sins and illness etc would be removed.
As a result, many devotees yesterday chanted `Govindha` during the garuda darshan. For the sake of devotees, the temple authorities have made superb arrangements. Chokkapanai maha depam was lit here on the occasion of karthigai deepam thirunaal.
