Coronavirus spreading across TN now again with daily infections in double digits now!!

For a long time, Coronavirus infection spread has been in control in Tamil Nadu and few cases were reported. Now, in the last 2 weeks the number of cases has increased with the daily infections reported in double digits. The people across TN are worried now.
From March 2020 till now in TN, 35.95 lakh people have been affected by Coronavirus infection and 38049 people have died. Truth is that many people have died due to co-morbidities and after effects of Corona infection etc. When compared to 1st Corona wave and 3rd Corona wave, the infection spread as well as fatalities were more in the 2nd Corona wave. From June 2022 onwards, the Coronavirus infections have been declining in TN. From single digits of daily cases, now for the last 2 weeks cases were reported in double digits daily.
Two days back, the daily infection rate in TN was 28. There has been a slight reduction in the number of daily cases not only in TN but also in Kerala, AP, Maharashtra and other states etc. Now, there is a fear among the public regarding whether the Coronavirus infections have started to spread once again.
The director of TN Public Health Dept, Dr. TS. Selvavinayagam expressed his views and spoke about how the Coronavirus infection has slightly increased. He added that though the incidences of Coronavirus infections have increased but hospital admissions and treatments were low and the public need not worry.The affected persons are isolated in their homes.
It was explained by some doctors that many people now come to the hospitals due to the spread of viral fever. These people would have toi undergo RT-PCR for Coronavirus infection. By this, Coronavirus infection affected people would be confirmed. The doctors wanted the public to wear facemasks and maintain social distance etc.
