The latest update on Kilambakkam Bus Terminus!

Even as the public expects with excitement the inauguration of the new Kilambakkam Bus Terminus, an announcement regarding this has just been released!
The construction of the new Bus Terminal at Kilambakkam, adjacent to Chennai Metro City has been in progress. It has been announced earlier that once this is constructed, a majority of the buses operating to the Southern Districts of the State of Tamil Nadu will start from this new Kilambakkam Bus Terminal.
Further, the present acute over-crowding of buses and passengers in the Koyambedu Mofussil Bus Terminus will reduce to a great extent!
As such, the public has been quite eagerly expecting with enthusiasm for the new Bus Terminal to commence service!
It may be noted that there were announcements earlier regarding the inauguration of the Kilambakkam New Bus Terminal on Deepavali as well as Pongal Festival Occasions! As such. The latest announcement has been released now!
As per this latest announcement from CMDA (Chennai Metro Development Authority), the inauguration of the new Kilambakkam Bus Terminal will be performed on 15th February
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. K. Stalin will inaugurate the new Bus Terminal!
As such, all officials are fully engaged in making all required arrangements for the occasion of the inauguration!
