Active COVID cases in TN above 10000 now after a long time - Sensational information about COVID silent fourth wave in Chennai!!

Various issues like sore throat, fever and fatigue have been on the rise in Chennai and in Tamil Nadu now.
The persons with the above mentioned issues have not got themselves tested for RT-PCR and hence the Covid registry does not reflect these persons. It has been brought out by many doctors and epidemiologists that Covid-19 is in an endemic phase now and there could be a silent fourth wave.
Factors like TPR and number of hospitalisations now reveal the presence of the fourth Covid-19 infection wave now. As the testing is low, the fourth wave might not be visible in the graph.
Dr. Sowmya Swaminathan, chief scientist belonging to WHO spoke about how the people are confident that vaccination would protect them from severe disease. She added that people must be very careful and follow all the protocols of Covid 19 without fail. Truth is that an increase in the number of active cases would result in more hospitalisations and complications etc.
According to some officials belonging to the Directorate of Public Health it was confirmed that there are 3 categories or types of Covid-19 patients present. First category includes people who take symptomatic treatment after consulting the doctors but without testing, second category includes people who test at home but do not report to the authorities concerned and the last category include people who are super spreaders who do not get tested but roam on the streets without wearing face masks etc inspite of having Covid-19 symptoms.
Since 23rd of February 2022, yesterday on 29th June 2022 the number of active Covid-19 cases in TN went above 10,000. This has made many to worry. On 1st June 2022, Tamil Nadu reported a weekly average of 80 cases per day and now it is 1285 cases per day. From less than 1percent 4 weeks back, the weekly TPR has gone nearly 5percent in this week.
In the first week of June, 14000 RT PCR tests were done per day and now this has gone up to 25000 tests per day. On 23rd February, Tamil Nadu was doing more than 60000 RT PCR tests when there were less than 1000 active cases in a day.
