Job Opportunities: 444 vacancies for Sub-Inspectors - Tamil Nadu State Police Department!

Written Examinations are conducted by the Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board for the appointment of Sub-Inspectors (SI) in the Tamil Nadu State Government Department of Police.
Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board has announced that applications may be submitted from 8th March until 7th April for the vacant posts of 444 Sub-Inspectors.
It is further announced that a qualifying Examination in Tamil will be conducted as per the guidance from the State Government of Tamil Nadu.

Age Limit:
Candidates MUST be above 20 years of age.
Further, as of 1st July of the Announcement Year (2022), candidates MUST not be above the age of 30 years. Age Limit concession has been ext3ended to candidates of certain cadres.
Academic Qualifications:
The Applicants MUST be graduates of any faculty in any university approved by the UGC (University Grants Commission) and the State Government.
Application Fee
The application fee is Rs. 500/-. Candidates who are already working in the Police Department and applying for the open common category or the quota category MUST pay Rs. 1000/- as application fee. The application fee may be paid ONLINE or as a cash challan.
