Academic Qualifications:
Candidates might be postgraduates in any of the faculties of Human Rights, Politics, Science, Library Science, Administration/Management, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science and with some experience. Candidates may be postgraduates in Social Service, Economics, Statistics, or Commerce – they may have completed a Diploma Cours in Computer Science. For the post of Stenos, the candidates must have completed shorthand in English and Hindi.
