Permission to vote only if the voter wears a facial mask : Election Commissioner

The Election Commissioner Sathyaprasad Sahu has come up with the order that permission to voter will be given ONLY IF THE VOTERWEARS THE FACE MASK!
In case the voter is affected with coronavirus on the date of voting, the concerned voter comes attired in PPE Kit (Personal Protection Equipment Kit) and votes.
Further, the Election Commissioner has informed that Rs. 11 Crores have been confiscated until 3rd March.
