Tirupathi temple: Tokens for free Darshan of Lord Venkateswara to be issued from today (29th Aug)!

The tokens distribution for free Darshan of Lord Venkateswara at the Tirupathi temple is being resumed from today (Saturday, 29th August).
With the extent/impact of the raging coronavirus throughout the country, the system of issuing tokens free Darshan of Lord Venkateswara was stopped last month.
Presently, the devotees are permitted to have Darshan of the Lord Venkateswara with the Rs. 300 special Darshan ticket.
In this situation, giving due consideration to the appeal made by the common citizens, the Thirumalai Tirupathi Devasthanam Board (TTD) has announced that the issue of tokens for free Darshan of Lord Venkateswara will be resumed from today (Saturday, 29th August).
In a notification, TTD has announced that the devotees can get the token for free Darshan of Lord Venkateswara by showing their Aadhar cards at the Srinivasam and Vishnu Nvasam locations!
