Amma COVID Domestic Maintenance Plan in Tamil Nadu - First time in the country!

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister E. Palaniswamy inaugurated a new plan - for the 1st time in India for the COVID suspected patients to keep themselves isolated in their residence -known as ‘Amma COVID Domestic Maintenance Plan’.
According to this plan, the persons who have Coronavirus symptoms need to pay Rs. 2500, a medical kit will be given including Pulse Oximeter, Thermometer, medicines, 14 face masks, and germicide.
Using the above items given as a medical kit, the suspected patient can isolate himself/herself in the residence. Further, information has been released that in order to attend to the residentially isolated suspected coronavirus patients mentioned above, a squad of 20 medical officials/staff will be working on a rotational basis.
