Today Last day to upload certificates for UG Courses: Arts and Science College Admissions

Today (Monday, 10th August) is the last day to upload the required documents/certificates on the internet for admissions to the graduate courses in Arts and Sciences.
Applications are available in every Arts & Science College in the State of Tamil Nadu for the students who have completed +2 and pursuing a graduate course in Arts or Science. However, as the coronavirus pandemic has extremely adversely affected the various scheduled especially in the academic field, the State Government of Tamil Nadu has banned the system of direct submission of applications (IN PERSON) as a preventive measure to check the spread of the coronavirus infection and also due to the prevalent lockdown imposition.
Accordingly, all the Arts and Science Colleges in the State have decided to conduct the admission to the graduate courses in Art & Sciences online.
Accordingly, the students started applying for admission to graduate courses in Arts and Sciences in the Government Arts and Science Colleges in the State of Tamil Nadu for the available total of 81,432 seats from 20th July.
This online application procedure concluded on 31st July. For the available total of 81,432 seats, over 3 Lakhs candidates had applied.
As a further step, the student`s applicants have been uploading their mark-sheets, etc., from 1st August. The deadline for this uploading is scheduled today (last day for uploading all required certificates/documents for admission to graduate courses in Arts & Sciences.
As such, the State Government Department of Higher Education has emphasized the applicants to complete the uploading of required documents before the end of the day.
